How we're doing things differently

We believe that meditation shouldn't be about phones or apps: but meditators.

We hope that after spending time with minding the only thing you'll need to meditate is a place where you can sit quietly and relax.


Along with the 76 day course (that's created to help you learn to meditate by yourself), there are also many other shorter meditations so you can practice mindfulness on the go too.

Rather than just drop these on you all at once, minding only shares different meditations when you've practised mindfulness enough and are ready to take them on, helping you really get the most out of each one.

No subscriptions


After you've tried it, there is a low cost, one time purchase for Minding. Why? When making the app we really wanted to set meditation and mindfulness free: not only something that's available if you pay an expensive subscription.

Minding is made by a small team of passionate meditators.

We turned down funding so we could successfully make an app that puts it's users (-not investor's profits) first.
