Minding is an award-winning 8-week meditation course built on the foundations of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), designed to help you build a steady meditation practice and find greater calm and clarity in everyday life.

Each week we cover a different theme — from building the meditation habit, to soothing stress and anxiety, softening the inner critic, building resilience, and the Vivid Awareness practice for balance and equanimity.

Teacher support and shared experience are central. We meet weekly on Zoom, with optional daily support in our Telegram group. If life gets busy, you can catch up via recordings.

Monty began his mindfulness journey 16 years ago, after a personal loss led him to a Buddhist temple in London.

Monty has since trained in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and spent the past eight years training MBCT teachers and working with therapists, coaches, and NHS teams to bring meditation into people’s lives. Alongside his work with meditation, he’s also a counsellor and trainee psychotherapist.

Monty created Minding to make mindfulness truly accessible — therapists and coaches recommend it because it combines Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and non-dual practices with modern tools, offering a course that’s simple to follow while delivering the profound benefits of more advanced meditation approaches.
