Minding is an award-winning 8-week meditation course built on the foundations of MBCT, designed to help you build a lasting meditation practice and find greater calm and clarity in life.
Each week we cover a different theme - from building the meditation habit, to soothing stress and anxiety, softening the inner critic, building resilience and the Vivid Awareness practice for bliss and balance.
We approach this in a proven, structured format that is underpinned by evidence on what is easiest for people to learn and most beneficial to practice.
Timing and Access
Live Zoom calls every Wednesday
Choose between 1pm or 6:30pm (UK time)
Recordings are always available if you can’t make it.
You’ll gain access to our private group space, where your teacher checks in daily. You’ll also receive our new handbook to help you get into the process.
Meditations and guidance arrive via our app each morning - choose 10, 15 or 20 minutes a day. Our course handbook + platform access is included in the price. Maximum 15 people.

Meet your teacher
Monty began his mindfulness journey 16 years ago, after a personal loss led him to a Buddhist temple in London.
Monty has since trained in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and spent the past eight years training MBCT teachers and working with therapists, coaches, and NHS teams to bring meditation into people’s lives. Alongside his work with meditation, he’s also a counsellor and trainee psychotherapist.
Monty created Minding to make mindfulness truly accessible — therapists and coaches recommend it because it combines Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and non-dual practices with modern tools, offering a course that’s simple to follow while delivering the profound benefits of more advanced meditation approaches.

Our ultimate success is your independence. By the end of this process, you will have the tools to navigate life with clarity, insight, and increased awareness.
The Group Calls, Telegram Group, Minding Workbook and App work in together to support you as you learn this new skill.
We do this by focusing on structure over choice: Instead of thousands of random sessions, you follow a single, deepening path. One week at a time.
By the end, you’ll be armed with different meditations and interventions to help reduce overwhelm, be less reactive to triggers, and feel grounded, wherever you are.
